PilotOS — Terms of service

1. Introduction
PilotOS is a SaaS platform that provides product intelligence, decision recommendations, and automation insights. By using PilotOS, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to violate applicable laws, transmit harmful content, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse APIs or platform systems. See also our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Data responsibility
You are responsible for data you send, for ensuring compliance with laws, and for not sending sensitive or protected categories of data without appropriate authorization and safeguards.
4. Platform rights
PilotOS may monitor usage, suspend accounts, remove content, and terminate access where necessary to protect users, the service, or to comply with law.
5. Zero tolerance
Immediate suspension may apply for child exploitation content, severe hate content, or clear illegal activity, subject to investigation and applicable law.
6. Billing and subscription
PilotOS is offered on a subscription basis with plan limits. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order form.
7. Availability
PilotOS aims for reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilotOS is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or misuse of recommendations. Your exclusive remedies are as set forth in these terms and your agreement with us.
9. Termination
PilotOS may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, abuse is detected, or legal risk requires it.
10. Updates
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated as described in product notices or by email where appropriate.
